Weekend from Friday 8th November

This weekend has been interesting.

• I worked from 4 - 11pm o n Saturday.
• This shift is very hard, it involves 4 showers and help deliver meals.
• Then I do dishes from 6 - 7.30 pm.
• Then I put residents to bed.
• I put washing on and do ironing.
• Then all night I answer buzzers.
• Then on Su nday.
• When I got home at midnight, I rang The local Hospital for some advice.
• My shoulder was exceptionally painful. The nurse gave me some advice.
• The next morning I spoke to hospital staff again.
• I got my neighbor to drive me intto hospital.
• I saw the doctor, he says it muscle spasms.
